Another list
It’s been ages since I’ve written anything. The brain has mostly been occupied with thoughts that require vast amounts of time away from the pc. Plus I’ve been getting some really wonderful eye strain whilst sat in front of this thing of late.
Tis too warm. I be a cool kinda girl; wintertime being my most favourite season. So this heat, and more specifically, humidity is not my cup of tea. I’d been really useless in any country that had proper summers.
The ONLY good thing about the situation: thunderstorms!!
Some things I have been enjoying and/or pondering over the last few weeks:
- Opera; thanks to the beeb for introducing me to that particular art form
- Big Brother (how much of a cultural clash is that?!)
- Earl Grey tea
- The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band; ahh, the genius of Vivian Stanshall
- Strawberries & cream
- Magic; card tricks, et al
- Bullshit!
- Muffins, the proper type
- Actually being a bridesmaid next year, without any strings attached (cough!)
- Hoyle Card & Board Games
